Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from a point 350 feet south of East Brady Street to a point 58 feet south thereof
On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from a point 466 feet south of East Brady Street to a point 80 feet south thereof
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of East Becher Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South 1st Street, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday except where No Parking is in effect”
“On the north side of East Becher Street from the east line of the first railroad overpass east of South 1st Street to a point 50 feet east thereof at any time”
“On the south side of East Becher Street from South 1st Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of East Becher Street from the east line of the first railroad overhead east of South 1st Street to a point 70 feet east thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of East Becher Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Robinson Avenue, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday, and where
No Parking is in effect”
“On the north side of West Becher Street from a point 100 feet west of the west curb line of South 1st Street to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the north side of West Becher Street from the west curb line of South 1st Street to a point 180 feet west thereof at any time”
