Whereas, the claimant, Breezy Properties LLC filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee, in the amount of $13,921.79 and

Whereas, the City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of$13,921.79, payable to the order of Breezy Properties LLC, 2030 East Spruce Court, Oak Creek, WI  53154, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claim, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to Water Department Account-636506 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643
