Effective July 12, 2024 and every fifth anniversary thereafter, the Annual Rate shall increase by ten percent (10%) rounded to the nearest multiple of $5.00.

4.                     Verizon Wireless will supply and be responsible for the cost of installation of each new pole.

5.                     Verizon Wireless will reimburse the Department of Public Works for staff time to plan and install City infrastructure.

6.                     Verizon Wireless will submit an application to occupy a pole, on a form to be supplied by DPW, including but not limited to plans and specifications showing the design of the pole and equipment; and all other information and certifications required by DPW consistent with federal, state, or local law.

7.                     The Commissioner of Public Works will review and approve or disapprove the design, in accordance with state law, and will issue a permit and execute a supplemental license for each installation.
