Minutes note: The court reporter was sworn in. The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Licenses Committee and the exceptions filed in these matters? All members present indicated they had done so. The question was put: Are any of the following or their counsels present and, if so, do they wish to address the Common Council. Brian Randall was present. Joseph Brueggemann was not present. Ald. Bohl moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of receiving testimony in these matters. Atty. Brian Randall appeared and addressed the Common Council. Asst. City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council. Ald. Bohl moved that the Committee of the Whole rise. There was no objection. Ald. Davis moved to strike all affidavit's associated with the application of "Bootleggers" and create a rejected exhibits file. On the motion: PASS, Ald. Coggs NO Ald. Bohl moved to return the license application for Joseph Brueggemann to committee.
