An ordinance relating to applicability of parking meter rates to various city blocks.

Analysis
As of November 1, 2009, per the passage of common council file number 090259, on July 30, 2009, there will be 3 parking meter rates per hour in the city of Milwaukee - 50 cents, one dollar, $1.50. This ordinance applies these rates to those city blocks which have parking meters or multispace meters, placing the blocks in one of the 3 categories. The ordinance also specifies a 4th rate applicable to only a few blocks - 75 cents for 25 minutes.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-32-3 of the code, parking meter rates, 50 cents per hour, relating to those blocks to which the rate applies, is repealed and recreated, designating the following blocks:
