Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of
the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red is amended by adding the following:
On West Locust Street and North 51st Street on all approaches when displayed
Part 2. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On West Custer Avenue from North Hopkins Street to North Sherman Boulevard
On North Hopkins Street from West Custer Avenue to a point 300 feet south
On North Port Washington Avenue from West Keefe Avenue to a point 750 feet north
Part 3. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Mineral Street at South 24th Street”
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North Weil Street at East Garfield Avenue
On North 63rd Street at West Dickinson Street
On North 65th Street at West Dickinson Street
On North Burbank Avenue and West Green Tree Road/North 84th Street in all directions
On West Mineral Street and South 24th Street in all directions
