Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of East Oklahoma Avenue from the east line of South Chase Avenue to a point 146 feet east thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Pine Avenue from East Norwich Street to a point 50 feet south
On the west side of North Swan Road from a point 480 feet north of West Brown Deer Road to a point 115 feet north thereof
On the west side of North Swan Road from a point 200 feet south of West Allyn Street to a point 200 feet south thereof
On the west side of North Swan Road from a point 525 feet south of West Allyn Street to a point 200 feet south thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Archer Avenue from East Ward Street to a point 200 feet west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
