This zoning change was requested by Kendall Breunig and will allow commercial and residential uses on the site located at 1617-33 East North Avenue.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1617 East North Avenue, Tax Key No. 355-0432-000, from Industrial Light (IL2) to Local Business (LB3).
