Analysis

This zoning change was requested by the Department of City Development and will allow commercial and community uses on the site located at 274 East Keefe Avenue.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 274 East Keefe Avenue, Tax Key No. 273-1743-113, from Industrial Office (IO2) to Local Business (LB2).
