Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
In the first north/south alley east of South Kinnickinnic Avenue and north of East Archer Street
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Bartlett Avenue from East Windsor Place to East North Avenue at anytime”
“On the east side of South Clement Avenue from a point 910 feet south of the south curb line of east Euclid Avenue to a point 80 feet further south thereof at any time”
“On South Clement Avenue from the south curb line of East Euclid Avenue to a point 210 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the east side of South Clement Avenue from a point 486 feet south of the south curb line of East Euclid Avenue to a point 96 feet further south at any time”
“On the north side of West Sarnow Street from the east curb line of North 39th Street extended to a point 240 feet east thereof at any time”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South Clement Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to East Morgan Avenue
On the west side of South Clement Avenue from East Euclid Avenue to a point 170 feet south
On the south side of West Mallory Avenue from South 13th Street to a point 60 feet west
On the north side of West Sarnow Street from North 39th Street extended to a point 110 feet east
Part 4. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
On the south side of East Webster Place from North Cramer Street to North Maryland Avenue
