Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Franklin Place from East Knapp Street to a point 70 feet north

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Knapp Street from North Milwaukee Street to a point 70 feet west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”

“On the south side of East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-k of the Code relating to Parking for the physically disabled is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Center Street from North 52^nd Street to a point 87 feet east

Part 5.  Section 101-32-3-b-5 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Knapp Street from North Milwaukee Street to a point 70 feet west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

“On the south side of East Knapp Street from North Broadway to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”
