N. 62nd St. - W. Stark St. to W. Fairmount Ave. (ST211210147) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $11,300; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $13,300. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

N. Richards St. - E. Burleigh St. to E. Auer Ave. (ST211210124) Install traffic calming speed humps).(Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $7,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $9,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

(ST211190141) File Number 190284: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (6-7’ width of tree border area), and grading. ). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $95,200; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $425,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $535,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
S. 7th St. - W. Mallory Ave. to W. Abbott Ave. (ST211200114) File Number 191886 Asphalt surface overlay (15’ width of tree border area). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $95,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $105,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

Whereas, Notices have been sent to all interested persons and public hearings held; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works’ Report, as amended at said Public Hearing, is approved and the properties therein identified are benefited; and, be it
Further Resolved, That said Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work in accordance with said report pursuant to Section 66.0703 and any other pertinent sections of the Wisconsin Statutes and in the manner directed by Section 115-42 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper departments take such action as is required of them to assess the abutting or adjacent properties and collect such assessment in the manner directed by Section 115-42 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the projects do not involve any parcels of agricultural land which are eligible for deferred special assessments under the provisions of Section 14.30 of the Milwaukee City Charter; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
