Analysis
This resolution authorizes of an Access and Gate Easement located in the area of 1720 N Arlington in the 3rd Aldermanic District
Body
Whereas, the City of Milwaukee owns the property located at 1720 North Arlington Place (“City Parcel”); and
Whereas, Orch Properties LLC owns the property located at 1334 1338 E. Brady Street; and
Whereas, Orch Properties LLC has requested and the City is willing to grant an Access and Gate Easement to Orch Properties LLC giving the Orch Properties LLC permission to access the City Parcel to install, maintain, and use, a gate to the City owned fence on the City Parcel; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the appropriate City officers, including the DPW Commissioner, are hereby authorized: (i) to enter into the Access and Gate Easement, in the form and substance submitted to this file (or in substantially the same form and substance as submitted, and to effectuate the intent of this resolution); and (ii) to sign the easement and cause the same to be recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office.
