Title
An ordinance relating to reimbursement of travel and other expenses for legislative activities.
Analysis
This ordinance repeals the code provision to maintain a separate account for the reimbursement of travel and other expenses of persons authorized to attend legislative sessions, appear before legislative committees and to transact other legislative matters. These reimbursements in the future will be made through an existing special purpose account in the city clerk’s office.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 304-11-6 of the code is repealed.
