Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. Denmark St. - W. Rio St. to W. Fond du Lac Ave. (ST211210112) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $17,400; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $4,600). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $22,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

W. Menomonee Park Ct. - pt. 400’ +/- east of N. 99th St. to N. 99th St. (ST211210115) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $6,300; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $8,300.
