Analysis

This resolution accepts Sewer Easement SE-2815 from NLJ Partners LLC, located in the vacated portion of the alley 130 feet north of West North Avenue between North 53^rd Street and North 54^th Street in the 10^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has vacated a portion of the alley 130 feet north of West North Avenue between North 53^rd Street and North 54^th Street in the 10^th Aldermanic District; and

Whereas, As part of the vacation, NLJ Partners LLC was required to grant a sewer easement for sewer and drainage purposes to the City over the vacated portion of said alley; and

Whereas, SE-2815 grants surface water drainage rights and the right of entry to inspect and maintain the catch basin, storm drain and surface water drainage and has been executed by NLJ Partners LLC; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2815, said easement document being attached to  Common Council Resolution File Number 090499 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Sewer Easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
