This substitute resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works. The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $3,782,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $5,885,000.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. Hopkins St. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Stark St. (SM495200057) File Number 201065: Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $180,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $192,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

E. Juneau Ave.-N. Astor St. to N. Prospect Ave. (SM495180066) File Number 180072: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $60,000 - Additional Funds). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $249,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
