Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

10th Aldermanic District

W. Nash St. - N. 62nd St. to N. 63rd St. (ST211210110) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,100; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,800). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $6,900. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

N. 52nd St. - W. North Ave. to W. Meinecke Ave. (ST211210101) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,800; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $6,800.
