Resolution authorizing the proper City officers to execute Sewer Easements SE-2890 and SE-2891 in vacated South 5^th Street from West Harrison Avenue to 105-feet south of West Harrison Avenue and in vacated South 4^th Street from West Harrison Avenue to 123-feet south of West Harrison Avenue, in the 14^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, The City asserts its rights under Wis. Stat. Sec. 66.1005(2) to continue to hold an easement and rights incidental in and to the easement areas within the vacated ROWs.

Resolved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officials, including the Commissioner of Public Works, are hereby authorized: (i) to sign Sewer Easement in the form and substance submitted to this file (or in substantially the same form and substance as submitted, and to effectuate the intent of this resolution); and (ii) to cause the same to be recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office.
