Resolution appropriating additional funding to the Mayor’s Office from the 2021 Special Purpose Account Reimbursable Services Advance Fund.

Body
Whereas, the Mayor’s Office uses its Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to process payments for purchases made by the Office of Early Childhood Development; and
Whereas, utilization of the Mayor’s Office 2021 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund expenditures have been increased due to the addition of the Office of Early Childhood Development; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $50,000 be and hereby is appropriated from the 2021 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to the Mayor’s Office; and, be it
Further Resolved, That this appropriation is in addition to the $250,000 appropriated to the Mayor’s Office by Common Council Resolution 201433; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue be in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
