Whereas, Common Council File Number 181665 directed the Department of Administration - Intergovernmental Relations Division to review all items in the City of Milwaukee's state legislative package adopted prior to the start of each Common Council session to identify those that should be retained in it and those that may be removed from it; and
Whereas, The review required by Common Council File Number 181665 has been conducted; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that those items listed as "retained" in the similarly-named attachment to this file are to remain in the City of Milwaukee's state legislative package; and, be it
Further Resolved, That those items listed as "removed" in the similarly-named attachment to this file are to be removed from the state legislative package.
