Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 43rd Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Vliet Street at anytime”
“On the east side of North 46th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Vliet Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 43rd Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Vliet Street
On the west side of North 46th Street from West Hampton Avenue north to the first east/west alley
Part 3. Section 101-32-3-b-4 of the Code relating to One-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 6th Street from West National Avenue to a point 145 feet south of the south curb line of West Pierce Street, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM except on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM”
“On the west side of South 6th Street between West Pierce Street and West National Avenue, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM except on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM”
