Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the first east/west alley south of West Lapham Boulevard between South 12th Street and South 13th street
In the north/south alley between South 12th Street and South 13th Street from the first east/west alley south of West Lapham Boulevard to a point 200 feet south thereof
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 51st Boulevard from West Capitol Drive to West Medford Avenue”
“On the east side of North 51st Boulevard from the first alley south of West Capitol Drive to West Medford Avenue”
“On the west side of North 51st Boulevard from the south line of West Capitol Drive to the first east/west alley south thereof”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On West Fond Du Lac Avenue from West Melvina Street to West Capitol Drive from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday
Part 4. Section 101-32-3-b-4 of the Code relating to One-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On West Fond Du Lac Avenue from West Melvina Street to West Capitol Drive from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday”
“On North 51st Boulevard from West Capitol Drive to a point 220 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Except Sunday”
