Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Bear Development and will allow mixed-use development on the sites.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 123 East Becher Street, Tax Key No. 467-0202-000; and 147 East Becher Street, Tax Key No. 467-0201-000; from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Mixed (IM).
