A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Parnell Avenue from South Marilyn Street to South 33rd Street at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Parnell Avenue from South Marilyn Street to a point 390 feet west

In the alley bounded by West Mineral Street, West Washington Street, South 18th Street and South 19th Street
