Minutes note: Acting Chief Michael J. Brunson provided a highlight on Standard Operating Procedure 500 - Personnel Evaluations. This standard operating procedure was changed to: - Correspond with the new requirements from the City of Milwaukee Department of Employee Relations to implement a state interview process for civilian members that is now required for all civilian city employees - Updates references to the sworn personnel evaluations so, policy matches practice as we are now using excel forms for the annual performance evaluations instead of the E Performance Software that the Milwaukee Police Department used to use -Added and create a state interview for questionnaire for civilians that is based on allotted form by the Department of Employee Relations A motion was made by Raymond Robakowski, seconded by Anna Wilson to recommend this item to the full board. Roll Call Commissioner Everett Cocroft - Aye Commissioner Anna Wilson - Aye Commissioner Robakowski - Aye Chair - Aye Motion carried.
