This resolution. authorizes the payment of the claim of Stella Kewetey Aryeetey for property damage in the amount of $500.

Body

Whereas, The claimant, Stella Kewetey Aryeetey (CI File No. 1030-2020-680), filed a claim for damages to her vehicle on February 28, 2020 against the City of Milwaukee; and

Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee on December 7, 2020 heard from the claimant and the department and voted by five  (5) ayes and zero (0) noes to pay $500 toward Ms. Kwetey Acyeetey’s claim of $897.61; now, therefore be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officials be and hereby are authorized to issue a check in the amount of $500, payable to Stella Kwetey Aryeetey, 3232 N. 54^th St., Milwaukee WI  53216 in full and final settlement of said claim, said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Fund, Account No. 636505, Fund No. 0001, Organization No. 1490, Program No. 2632, Sub Class No. S118.
