Title

An ordinance relating to locations where selling articles from parked vehicles is prohibited.

Analysis

This ordinance prohibits selling articles from parked vehicles on the east and west sides of North Downer Avenue from East Webster Place to East Park Place.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 115-45-2-c of the code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

The east and west sides of North Downer Avenue from East Webster Place to East Park Place, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
