Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the work will be paid for by the Association. They want something more substantial and permanent than the current fabric canopy by extending the roof to create a permanent portico and will add fiberglass columns. Staff has two issues, one involving the fiberglass columns and the columns should be slightly altered to note resemble the 1890s pavilion as much. Applicant is amenable to staff-proposed changes.
