Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the front chimney needs substantail repair, which will be done. The rear chimney is being proposed for removal and is no longer serving any purpose. The other proposed changes are well above average and recommends approval with standard conditions. The chimney is original to that wing and there have been about 4 different facades. Grant, with conditions.
