Be It Resolved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proclamation of Mayor Tom Barrett, issued March 19, 2020, declaring a state of emergency in the City of Milwaukee and suspending certain provisions of the Milwaukee City Charter, Code of Ordinance, and establishing certain policies necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare, as attached to this file is ratified; and be it,
Further Resolved, That the following additional provision be inserted into the Mayor's proclamation: For the duration of the emergency, all fees for licenses for which application is made with the Office of the Common Council - City Clerk are suspended.
