Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North Plankinton Avenue to North 3rd Street at any time”
“On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from the west curb line of North Plankinton Avenue to a point 58 feet west thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Plankinton Avenue from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street from 2AM to 6AM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North Plankinton Avenue to North Old World Third Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
Part 4. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On South 35th Street from a point 250 feet north of West National Avenue to a point 460 feet north thereof
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South 24th Street from West National Avenue to West Mineral Street
Part 6. Section 101-32-3-b-5 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North Plankinton Avenue to North Old World Third Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
