Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st and 4th Aldermanic District
N. 27th St. and W. Highland Blvd. Bioretention Maintenance Contract (SM499200001) File Number 191657: (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $49,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $59,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
2nd, 5th and 9th Aldermanic Districts
N. 91st St.and N. 92nd St. Bioretention Maintenance Contract (SM499200003) File Number 191657: (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $23,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $33,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
