This resolution directs the Health Commissioner to develop a plan to implement an electronic system for client healthcare records, and present this plan to the Common Council by June 30, 2020.

 

Body

Whereas, The Common Council approved the inclusion of a footnote in the 2020 Adopted City Budget, directing the Health Commissioner to develop a plan to implement an electronic system for client healthcare records; and

 

Whereas, An electronic system for the healthcare records of Health Department clients will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Health Department service delivery now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of Milwaukee, that the Health Commissioner is directed to develop a plan to implement an electronic system for client healthcare records; and, be it

 

Further Resolved, This plan shall be presented to the Common Council by June 30, 2020.
