Analysis
This resolution provides funds for Multi-modal alterations at various locations in response to pedestrian, bicycle and traffic safety concerns and other required traffic control or geometric changes and authorizes 2020 fund transfers for the general purposes indicated.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to modify and install traffic control measures at various locations; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller’s Office is authorized to transfer from the Multi-modal Capital Improvement budget, Account Number ST221200000 up to $1,200,000, to the general purpose sub-accounts indicated as follows:

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer funds as required without further Common Council authorization, the total amount of such transfer shall not exceed the amount authorized in the 2020 Multi-modal budget.
