Substitute resolution relative to legislative bill.

Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee of the Common Council has recommended the following position on the bills hereinafter listed and the Common Council being advised of said matters; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it hereby opposes the following legislative bills and instructs the Division of Intergovernmental Relations to appear before the proper committees to oppose such bills and use its best endeavors to have the same enacted into law, viz:

 

SB-666                                          Relating to: certification requirements for emergency medical responders.

 

SB-667                                          Relating to: ambulance staffing and emergency medical personnel.
