Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2019 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Assessor’s Office, Department of City Development, Employee’s Retirement System, Health Department, Municipal Court, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works (Administrative Services Division, Infrastructure Services Division, Water Works)
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 180628 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 1DX, add footnote designations “(4)” and “(10)” to the title “Health Project Supervisor - DADS”.

Under Pay Range 1JX, add footnote designations “(2)” and “(5)” to the title “Assessment Appeals Director”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 180628 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 24, 2019 - November 17, 2019):

Under Pay Range 1GX, delete the title of “Assistant Court Administrator”.

Under Pay Range 1IX, add the titles of “Deputy Court Administrator (6) (13)” and “Court IT Manager (6) (13)”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 180628 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 2LX, delete the title “Information Systems Manager - Milwaukee Police Department”.

Part 4. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 180628 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 24, 2019 - November 17, 2019):
