Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North Vel R. Phillips Avenue to a point 225 feet east
On the south side of West Juneau Avenue from a point 150 feet west of North Old World Third Street to North Vel R. Phillips Avenue
On the south side of West Juneau Avenue from a point 95 feet west of North Vel R. Phillips Avenue to North 6th Street
On the north side of West Juneau Avenue from North 6th Street to a point 175 feet east
On the south side of West Mc Kinley Avenue from North Old World Third Street to North 6th Street
On the east side of North Old World Third Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 47 feet north
On North 5th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Mc Kinley Avenue
On the west side of North 6th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Fond Du Lac Avenue
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South Delaware Avenue from East Rusk Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM everyday”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South Delaware Avenue from East Rusk Avenue to a point 110 feet north from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Part 4. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:
On West Burleigh Street from North 20th Street to North 30th Street
On North Cambridge Avenue from East Brady Street to North Oakland Avenue
On West Center Street from North 20th Street to North 30th Street
