Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works. The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $1,995,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $4,246,000.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Groeling Ave. to W. Captiol Dr. (WT410200001) File Number 181686: Hydrant alteration. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $250,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $265,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.

7th Aldermanic District

W. Capitol Dr. (south side) - N. 29th St. to N. 30th St. (WT410160607) File Number 141514: Relaying Water Main & Lead lateral replacement. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $120,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $135,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
