Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
City Wide
City of Milwaukee - Sanitary Sewer Account Number
Zoo Interchange - Core, Phase 1 Contract 1060-33-80 (SM495140050) File Number 131564: Sanitary Sewer Relay ($10,000 -additional funds). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $110,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2019 construction season.
ADA Handicap Ramp Replacement (ST211190172) File Number 190870: Replace curb and gutter, sidewalk as necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $450,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $500,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
