A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
On the west side of South 57th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 60 feet south
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Fratney Street from a point 150 feet north of East Nash Street to a point 90 feet north thereof
On the east side of North Lauer Street from West Brittany Way to a point 110 feet north from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
In the alley bounded by West Orchard Street, West Lapham Boulevard, South 5th Street and South 6th Street
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 77th Street from West Burleigh Street north to the first east/west alley from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Sunday”
