Ms. Kaur says that if there were to be problems with loitering and littering at the location, the licensee would take care of it by calling the policing and addressing problems with their patrons. Mr. McGuire says that there have been a number of complaints from residents regarding the homeless and littering problems that are aggravated by the proximity to Kosciuszko park. Deny by Ald.
