Analysis
This ordinance establishes a fee structure based on capacity for centers for visual and performing arts. It further provides a requirement that all-ages performances are subject to curfew limitations for underage patrons.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 81-17.7 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:
81-17.7. Center for the Visual and Performing Arts.
1. Each center for the visual and performing arts license shall be issued and shall expire on the same date as the public entertainment premises license held by the same premises.
2. The fee for each license shall be based on the maximum capacity of the premises established by the common council under s. 108-7-3:
a. 25 or fewer persons, or a premises without a specified capacity: $150.
b. 26-79 persons: $250.
c. 80-99 persons: $375.
d. 100-149 persons: $500.
e. 150-179 persons: $700.
f. 180-299 persons: $1,000.
g. 300-499 persons: $1,500.
h. 500 or more persons: $2,000.

Part 2. Section 90-37-3-0 of the code is amended to read:
90-37. Centers for the Visual and Performing Arts.
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. No premise shall be licensed as a center for the visual and performing arts unless it fulfills all the relevant criteria of pars. a to [[c]] >>d<<.
Part 3. Section 90-37-3-b-1 of the code is amended to read:

Part 4. Section 90-37-3-d of the code is created to read:
