Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 14th Street from a point 45 feet north of West Reservoir Avenue to a point 35 feet south of West Reservoir Avenue at any time”

“On the west side of North 53rd Street from West Capitol Drive to a point 120 feet south”

“On the north side of West Hayes Avenue from South 35^th Street west to the dead end”

“On the south side of West Hayes Avenue from South 35^th Street to a point 235 feet west”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Hayes Avenue from a point 465 feet west of South 35^th Street to a point 80 feet west thereof

On the west side of South 2nd Street from West Orchard Street to a point 85 feet south from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 3.  Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 2nd Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1st

On the west side of North Astor Street from East Knapp Street to East Ogden Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 4th Thursday of each month from April 1st to December 1st
