Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said this is retroactive approval for an aluminum projecting sign. Last year a sign audit was done of Old World Third Street. The sign is also lower than 10 feet from the sidewalk; this sign 8 feet 6 inches above the sidewalk. A permit needs to be obtained for this sign as well. Atty. Andrew Arena - this sign has been at this height for 14 years and has never been a safety issue for pedestrians or traffic. If razed up, it would interfere with the "Who's on Third" sign.
