Substitute resolution relative to legislative bills.

Body

Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee of the Common Council has recommended the following positions on the bills hereinafter listed and the Common Council being advised of said matters; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it hereby approves the following legislative bill and instructs the Division of Intergovernmental Relations to appear before the proper committees to support such bills and use its best endeavors to have the same enacted into law, viz:

 

SB-170                                          Relating to: allowing minors to operate temporary stands without a permit or license.

 

LRB-1976                                          Relating to: displaying gas taxes on gas pumps.

 

AB-168                                          Relating to: the requirement for stating name and address prior to voting.

 

AB-132                                          Relating to: electric bicycles and providing a penalty.
