Analysis

This ordinance establishes additional locations where selling articles from parked vehicles is prohibited in the city.

 

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 115-45 of the code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited is amended by adding the following:

 

The north and south sides of W. National Avenue from S. Layton Boulevard westward to the city limits, all the days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
