Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

”On the south side of West Hadley Street from North Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive east to the north/south alley at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Brown Street from a point 215 feet west of North 8^th Street to a point 125 feet west thereof

On the south side of West Brown Street from a point 300 feet west of North 8^th Street to a point 110 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 35^th Street from West Townsend Street to West Keefe Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following

On the east side of North Fratney Street from East Burleigh Street to a point 75 feet south

On the south side of East Erie Street from East Polk Street south to the Milwaukee River

Part 5.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Lincoln Avenue to a point 120 feet north 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday
