Dudzik at the table - The establishment is envisioning a small room near the registers with family-friendly games, such as Guitar Hero, so the children can play as their parents shop. No other Milwaukee stores have videogame centers, although there is one in Germantown. Ald. Dudzik has concerns with this application as it reminds him of Chucky Cheese and he would also like to see how the store manages its recently enlarged building. He provided committee members with police calls to this establishment for Decembe 2008 and January 2009 and does not see this establishment as an asset to the neighborhood based upon the responsiveness of the company to calls from his office. Oklahoma Ave. Special Letter Ald. Dudzik at the table - in his dealings with this establishment, the establishment has always responded to the few complaints he has received. He asks the establishment owners to contact the trucking companies they deal witih to reiterate the need to follow parking laws. Atty. Michael Maistelman present for the licensee. Objector: Debra Feleniak - 3150 S. 51st St. Make 4 pages of 7 photos provided by Ms. Feleniak part of the record, by Ald. Hamilton. Prevailed. 5-0 (Exhibit 1) The establishment did install security cameras as promised at the previous hearing. Ald. Dudzik encouraged Ms. Feleniak to get a petition signed by neighbors related to her parking concerns, such as having the alley made one-way.
