Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer additional funds to the previously established project accounts for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for funding participation for design and construction of several ongoing projects in various Aldermanic districts with a total estimated cost increase for the projects of a City Share of $703,152.76.

Body
Whereas, Additional construction funds have been required for the South 60th Street reconstruction from W. Morgan Ave. to Kinnickinnic River Parkway project to include reconstruction of concrete frontage roads, replacement of 60-inch storm sewer outfall into Milwaukee County Parks land including erosion control and restoration; and

Whereas, The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has determined that their review costs on the West Villard Avenue Bridge over the Lincoln Creek and the South 70th Street Bridge over the Hank Aaron State Trail will be lower than they originally anticipated, thereby freeing up those dollars to be used by the City on design, and

Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary to complete the design and construction of the projects; now, therefore be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer fund to the project grant chart field as follows:
